Yes.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but pretty much all this one says is "Definitely Yes".
Sometimes it's easy to forget that we actually live on a sphere, and all the weird little quirks of geometry that that involves. Stuff like daytime and night time happening at the same time. Or the moon being inverted in the opposite hemisphere. Or the fact that Australians, as far as our view of things is concerned, really are standing upside down. At least from an astronomical reference point.

.Earth is flat. I can see the moon in Victoria Australia at the same time a friend in Kansas, USA could; We could see the same side, just upside down. No matter where in the world you see the moon, it's only ever the one side and that is because the moon is a disc. Stars are always the same year in and year out all our lives yet we are on a ball spinning at 1000 mph ? Bullshit ... research and make your own mind up :-)
